Damage was identified in various wood trims, including 2x12, 2x8 garage jamb, 2x4 trim, 1x4 barge trim, and 2x6 trim, primarily due to exposure to uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. These damaged sections were removed and replaced with new wood. Additionally, sections of the 8" OC T1-11 siding exhibited dry rot. The affected siding was replaced, with new material spliced and installed as needed. To complete the repairs, a fresh coat of paint was applied to all repaired and replaced areas, restoring the structure's appearance and integrity.
