Window Replacement

Existing trim was removed to provide access to the framing. The old windows were removed and disposed of. New standard grade new construction white vinyl window was installed. The siding was closed up and new trim was installed.

Siding

Siding and trim, in the front of the home was completely removed and disposed of. OSB shearwall was installed, wrapping the exposed areas of the house with building paper. Next, new James Hardie siding was installed around the front of the home.

Old trim and damaged siding was cut back and removed. New 8" OC T1-11 was installed utilizing complete sheets. New trim was spliced in at repaired areas only.

A part of the roof cover was removed and drip edge flashing was exposed to removed the damaged wood areas. New material was spliced in and replaced the damaged areas.

Added Window

A window was added to the side of the garage office space. From the exterior, trim was exposed and framing was adjusted for a 39x39 window opening. New standard grade new construction was installed. New siding and trim was also installed as needed to patch interior sheertrock as was needed.

Exterior Painting

After repairs were complete, the exterior was power washed and any cracks or holes were sealed. Plants were masked and the exterior of the home was painted, using the colors that the client chose.
