"Great company to work with from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with on the phone, through email, or in person was friendly, responsive and professional. They called to let me know they could start the job sooner than expected. The crew who actually completed the work was very consistent with showing up and leaving around the same time each day and they always did a thorough cleanup job before leaving for the day. The project manager even came by on his day off to check out an additional repair that the crew uncovered and made sure I knew all my options. Overall the work was done well and the whole process was smooth. Will definitely hire again for any future dry rot repairs.

"Dan and his crew did an outstanding job replacing sections of our wood siding and then repainting the entire house. They were very thorough in identifying areas needing repair, and were efficient in completing the work in a timely manner even as weather conditions presented a challenge. I was most impressed with Elite's attention to detail and staying on budget even when a change order was needed to address additional areas needing repair. We are very happy with Elite's work.

"Worked with Kirill to setup the job. Kirill was responsive, straightforward, communicative about the process, and very friendly. Kirill came out did a full walkthrough of the job and gave lots of helpful information. Kirill even suggested taking care of damage on our house that I didn't even know about. We got on the schedule quickly. The crew came out and started the work. Kirill stopped by all along the way to communicate what was happening and to check on us to see if we had questions. It was really a wonderful end to end experience. They did quality work and ensured everything was clean and we were satisfied with the work. Will absolutely use Elite Construction and Remodel again!

"We needed some dry rot repair on the beams on our 1960s mid century modern home. Its a kind of a specialty job and not one many contractors will take. Elite happens to specialize these kinds of repairs and they did an awesome job. Kirill’s guys were prompt and professional. They replaced all the rot, painted the new wood and had the house looking the way the architect intended. Id highly recommend them.

"My wife and I hired Elite Construction and Remodel to remove our house"s cedar shingle siding and replace it with Hardie primed planks, ready for painting. I initially hired Hardie because it was the middle priced bid from three contractors who we felt comfortable with. The project took about two months to finish. Most of the delays are related to the impact of winter weather or delays in receiving parts. The workers were nice, many of whom spoke Russian or another slavic language. The supervisor of each visit spoke English.
Sometimes the weather caused the workers to rush to finish a section of the construction. This caused some minor errors, which were quickly corrected when I identified them. They were quite helpful in fulfilling the project's standards. Questions or concerns were responded to as quickly as possible. At the end we now have a newer looking house that the neighbors think looks real nice."

"In early 2020 Igor and Alex repaired multiple points of dry rot along our fascia and soffits. The work order expanded when more extensive damage was revealed as the job began. They completed all the work well and at a fair price, including painting and cleanup.
In April, 2024 we needed additional dry rot repair along several door jambs and window frames. Again Elite did a great job, efficient, fairly priced, and high quality work. Our go-to for exterior wood repair!"

I needed my house sold in a few weeks and Max (company owner) fixed the dry rot around the front fascia of the house and roof line. He found some men to refinish the kitchen sink and shower pan to look brand new.
Max; answers his own phone and calls back in a timely manner. His men even cleaned up after themselves. If I needed construction work done to one of my homes I would definitely hire him again. Great Job Max!

"These guys know what they're doing!! Max keeps his guys on tip toes, the job was finished quicker than i expected and with quality! Though they specialize in dry rot they do everything kitchen, bath, flooring, roofing, electrical. They are knowledgeable and communication from Max is frequent, he makes sure the customer gets exactly what s/he wants. Very clean cut, looking at the house during construction/remodel you are less likely to trip on or get hurt because the work area is clean unlike with some other contractors. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone interested in a handy man or a remodel crew."

"I chose Elite Construction because they had great reviews and I was very impressed with Daniil who gave us our quote. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work they did: Dry rot repair, new gutters, and paint. It was very well done and looks stunning. There were a few drawbacks during the process which was a bit frustrating. First, they didn't clean up after themselves on a daily basis. I know that they were in the "process" of repairs, but this was still a bit embarrassing since I had company come over and I had to pick up after them. (Example: Hose detached and left in the middle of the lawn, used gloves tossed on the ground in front of the house, front door crate left on the lawn with a water bottle, patio furniture and barbecue moved, but not put back, etc.) It wasn't a huge deal, but I thought it was a bit sloppy. Now that the job is done, I have to haul a lot of items back to their original locations. Second, they weren't clear on what they were doing when. I would get random emails with no subject or clear sender saying things like they would be there between 6:30 and 7:30 AM the next day and they would expect payment that day for that portion. Luckily, we usually get up early anyways so we could let them in to do repairs and my husband worked from home so he could be there to make payments. If people are like me though, I work full-time outside of the home. I was only told up front that we had to be onsite when they started and when they ended. I wish they had given us advance notice on the plan of what was going to be done when. We could have made plans to be home when needed. These were inconveniences and were irritating, but again, the quality of the job was excellent and that's what really matters in the long run. I would recommend them to others. I would just make sure to have the repair plan and how they will communicate with you clarified before you start."
