Elite Construction and Remodel Corp. preformed a full tear-off and replacement of the existing teardrop siding (3-lap siding) and trim due to moisture-related damage. The project included complete siding removal, installation of a moisture barrier (house wrap) and application of new tear drop siding. All window and corner trims will be replaced using standard-grade 2x4 or 2x6 wood.

All the window trim and siding around the perimeter of the home was removed. The framing was checked for other potential damage. Moisture barrier was install via house wrap. New 3 lap siding (tear drop siding) and trim was installed.
Foundation Reinforcement
The foundation of the perimeter of the home was reinforced with anchor bolts as needed to meet current building code.
The house was sealed and masked, the exterior of the house was painted with selected colors.
