Wood Damage Repairs done on home on the following locations:

36" Security Door
There was damage found on the frame of a 36" security door, caused by uncontrollable moisture damage. A new standard steel security door was installed.
30" Prehung Door
Completely remove and dispose of the older door and jambs. A new standard pre-hung door was installed.
Window
Broke open stucco to provide proper access to framing. Remove and dispose of old door and check area behind for any potential damage. Adjust framing as needed and install a standard grade new construction white vinyl sliding glass door according to current building codes. Patch stucco as needed, match texture as close as possible.

Window Sill
Removed the damaged wood. Replaced the affected wood members with new materials.
Painting Repairs
As requested and discussed with the client, Elite Construction and Remodel to apply paint at the repaired areas only. At the time of the repairs, ECR will be given samples of the existing paint in order to get a color match and supply the paint.
