In this project the Elite team took care of damage that was found in various places.

Repairs and Replacements:

1. There was damage at the 2x6 barge rafter caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. The roof covering and drip flashing was removed to expose the damaged areas. The damaged areas were removed and replaced with new material. The roof covering and drip edge were reinstalled after the process/

2. There was also damage found at the 2x6 Fascia caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. The gutter in the area was removed to expose the damaged area. The damaged wood was replaced. Gutters were reinstalled as needed/
