Bathroom Project Location: Sacramento
Demolition
Elite Construction removed and disposed of the tile, baseboards, tub, vanities, toilet, shower and other fixtures in the bathroom, exposing framing as needed to provide access to the wall cavity.
Tile Work
Installed proper tile backer, lay floor tile as needed in the bathroom. New baseboards were installed to match the existing one.
Shower
A shower pan and tile backer was installed. Wall and floor tile was laid as needed to direct the water as needed. New mixer valve, shower glass and door, shower head and fixtures were installed as needed.
Free Standing Tub & Toilet
Plumbing was re-routed as needed for the tub, new freestanding tub and fixtures were installed. New standard toilet and fixtures were installed, along with electrical runs and power outlets that provided power for a bidet.
Vanities/Cabinets
A new dual vanity with top and fixtures, cabinets, makeup vanity and mirrors were installed.
Walls/Ceiling
New sheetrock was installed as needed. Bathroom was re-textured. New crown mounding was installed to match the existing one. Paint and priming was done utilizing colors chosen by the client.
Barn Door
Sheetrock was exposed, framing was adjusted as needed in the master bedroom, patch sheetrock, mud, tape, texture, prime, and paint. New barn door was installed at the opening.
