Project Location: Elk Grove
Elite Construction repaired:
- 2×8 Barge Rafter
- 2 x 4 Trim
- 2 x 10 Trim
- Roof Sheathing Plywood – the roof covering and gutters were removed as needed and the damaged wood was removed and new wood installed.
- S8 – 8″ OC T1-11 siding and trim – damaged areas were cut back and removed as needed.
- Exterior Painting was done on the body, trim, gutters and the garage roll up door
