Siding Repair and Painting in Sacramento

Project Location: Sacramento

Elite Construction worked on a home that was located in Sacramento. 

  • LS1- Single Lap Siding and Trim

    This area has moisture damage affected the trim and portions of the siding. New siding was installed where the damaged areas were. New trim was spliced in at the repaired areas.

  • S8 - 8" OC T1-11 Siding and Trim

    Moisture damage affected the 8" OC T1-11 siding and trim. The damaged wood was removed and new wood was put in place.

  • BR28 - 2x8 Barge Rafter

    Damage was found at the 2x8 barge rafter. The roof covering and drip edge flashing was removed to expose the damaged area. The damaged wood was removed and replaced with new material. The roof covering and drip flashing was reinstalled.

  • Additional Repairs

    During the course of the repairs, additional wood damage was found at the frame studs and the window headers. Elite Constriction removed and replaced the damaged wood members with new materials.

  • Painting Repairs

    As requested and discussed with the client, Elite Construction and Remodel applied paint at the repaired areas only.
