Wood damage found on the balcony of this home. Elite removed and disposed of the existing railing, deck boards, and frame. A similar new balcony with standard railing that is up to the current building code was constructed. Materials that were used were: Trex Select (Pebble Gray) and  Standard Redwood for the railing. 

Damage found on 2×8 Barge Rafter and 2×8 Trim that may have been caused by dry rot. Wood was removed and spliced in with new material.

Painting was done on the backside of the home, only to match the existing color scheme. 

Gutter service was preformed around the perimeter of the home. This included cleaning gutters from leaves and debris and cleaning seams. New downspouts and elbows were installed. 

Permits and plans were needed for this restoration.
