Elite Construction addressed moisture-damaged wood by replacing and restoring the durability of the home's deck
Key Repairs and Replacements:
1. JO26 - 2x6 Joist - Moisture-damaged joists were in need of replacement. Elite Construction replaced all 17 joists with pressure-treated material
2. DB26 - 2x6 Deck Boards: Moisture-damaged deck boards were removed. New Trex Select Pebble Gray decking was installed
with hidden fasteners.
3. LS1 - Single Lap Siding and Trim: Moisture-damage siding and trim was removed and new siding and trim was installed to match existing materials.
4. S0Z - No Groove T1-11 Siding and Trim -
Trim and siding were cut back, inspected, and replaced. Blocking was installed where necessary, along with Z-bar and new trim.
