In our latest project, our crew repaired concern areas in various places that were shown to us by the homeowner. This involved areas like the trims, siding, fascia, barge rafter along with others.
Key Repairs and Replacements:
1.Various sizes of trims including 1x3 and 1x6 were removed and new material was installed.
2. There was damage found at the soffit cased by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. They were cut back/removed and replaced with new materials.
3. Damage was also found on 1x10 and 2x8 fasica which was spliced in and replaced with new material. Gutter was also reinstalled.
4. Roof covering and drip edge flashing was removed to expose the rest of the 1x10 barge rafter, it was placed in and replaced with new material. Roof covering and flashing was reinstalled.
5. Damage was found on 3 lap siding caused by incontrollable exterior moisture sources. Approximately 4 sq. ft. of siding were replaced.
6. Stair Tread and railing cap had concern areas replaced with new materials.
7. Patio cover was damaged due to exterior moisture sources, cover was demolished upon client request.
These repairs ensure structural integrity and long-term durability with standard-grade materials readily available on the market.
