Wood Damage Repair in Carmichael

Wood Damage Repairs done on home on the following locations: 

  • 6x6 Post

    There was damage found at the 6x6 post caused by uncontrollable moisture damage. A temporary support system was made for the covering next to the damaged posit. The affected wood member was detached and in its place a new bracket and post was installed. Trim at the bottom was also installed.

  • 2x8 Fascia

    Moisture damage affected the 2x8 fascia. The damaged wood was removed to prevent other potential damage. New wood members replaced the old wood members. Gutters were also removed a and reinstalled.

  • 2x12 Trim

    Uncontrollable exterior moisture sources affected 2x12 trim. The damaged wood was removed and replaced with new materials.

  • 2x8 Trim

    Uncontrollable exterior moisture sources affected 2x8 trim. The damaged wood was removed and replaced with new materials.

  • Stucco Moulding

    The damaged wood was removed. New materials were installed.

  • Single Lap Siding and Trim

    Damaged portions of siding was removed. The damage was caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. New siding was installed in the damaged area.

  • 2x4 Trim

    2x4 trim was affected by moisture damage. Damaged wood will be removed and new materials were installed.

  • 1x3 Barge Trim

    There was damaged at the 1x3 barge. The damaged wood was removed and new wood was installed in the 1x3 barge trim section.

  • Painting Repairs

    Paint applied on repaired areas.
