- Our Elite crew removed the damaged wood and replaced the 2 x 10 belly band with new grade materials.
- A part of the roof covering was removed and the drip edge flashing was exposed to be able to remove the damaged 2×8 barge rafter. A new 2×8 barge rafter was inserted.
- The existing railing was disassembled and detached to put in a proper footing for the post. Once the concrete cured, a new 4×4 post was installed and a the existing railing was reattached.
- Damaged siding was removed. New siding was installed and spliced in.
- Different types of trims which included: 1×4 trim, 1×6 trim, 2×4 trim, 2×6 trim, 2×8 trim, 2×10 trim were all replaced with new standard grade wood.
- Exterior painting was done on the repaired areas
