- The roof covering and drip edge flashing was removed to expose the damaged wood areas. The damaged barge rafter was removed and new material was spliced in and replaced.
- Old gutters were removed and new 7″ Fascia Seamless Steel Gutters were installed. New downspouts and elbows were also installed.
- Damaged siding and trim was cut back and removed. New 8″ OC T1-11 siding and trim was installed and spliced in.
- A new jamb was also installed due to exterior water damage.
