Fair Oaks Siding Replacement Project

Repairs and Replacements:

1. Damage was found on 2x8 barge rafter. Roof covering was removed, the wood was replaced with new material. Roof covering was reinstalled.

2. Three deck boards were removed and disposed of. New wood was installed.

3. 6x6 post was found to be damaged. A simple temporary support system for the covering next to the damaged post. The wood was detached and a new post was installed.

4. Wood railing was found to be damaged. The old wood was removed and replaced.

5. 4" OC T1-11 siding and trim was found to be damaged. The necessary material was cut back and removed. Deck boards and supported deck frame was exposed to remove the leger board. The crew installed a ledger board, joist, and deck surface boards. New siding was installed at the damaged areas utilizing complete sheets. New trim at repaired areas were installed as well.

6. Soffit and trim was damaged. New soffit and trim was installed.

7. Painting repairs were done on repaired areas as discussed with the client.
