The metal patio cover was disassembled to access the existing gutter and downspout. Old gutter and downspout were removed and disposed. The roof covering was exposed, removing the plywood roof sheathing to access the rafters, rafters were repaired. The roof covering had new flashing installed as needed. Stucco was patched as needed. New 5″ seamless gutters were installed along with a down spout at the end of the reassembled metal patio cover.
Water heater was removed to not get in the way of the repairs. The old water heater closet was removed and dispose of. New concrete slab was poured in order to elevated the closet, a new water heater closet was constructed. The water heater was then reinstalled.
